First Mrzim II training in Mostar (01.)
 In partnership with the British Foundation Allavida, OIA has been implementing the program Youth Develops Youth and Community (MRZIM) for two years, and the aim is building the capacities of youth organizations from the less developed parts in BiH. First module of this year's cycle was held in Mostar in two parts – 21.-25.01. and 28.-31.01.2004. – with two representatives from each of 11 and 8 organizations respectively (total 20). First of four modules has the theme of 'working together for a better community' with the aim of introducing young people to possibilities of influencing local communities and preparing the organizations for mini project writing with which they can apply to OIA/Allavida. Project focuses on the development of local community through active participation of youth and their affirmation for future work.
