Youth Policy Schools opened in Banja Luka , Bihac, Mostar, Zenica and Zvornik (03.)
 In the period from 10th till 12th March five BiH cities: Banja Luka , Bihac, Mostar, Zenica and Zvornik had the opening ceremonies of Youth Policy Schools, implemented by OIA with the support of FODBiH and Olof Palma. Youth Policy School is a course which lasts a few months and includes around 20 students in every city (total of 120 students). The school program includes 40 hours of interactive classes (lectures, workshops, discussions) with the choice of 50 practical activities. SOP in Zenica was opened on March 10th in the City Hall of Zenica Municipality by Municipality Major and this region's SOP patron Zakir Pasalic. Zvornik SOP on March 10th in the Small Hall SO Zvornik, and it was opened by Municipality Major Stevo Savic, Municipality Zvornik being the patron. Bihac SOP opening ceremony happened on Thursday March 11th in Cantonal and University library in Bihac. The patron is Ministry of Education and Culture USK, and the school was opened by the Minister of Education and Culture USK, Sefik Mrsic. Banja Luka SOP was opened by Major of Banja Luka Dragoljub Davidovic on March 11th. In Mostar the school was opened on March 12 th in the building of Government of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, and the School was opened by the Prime Minister of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Miroslav Coric.
