MRZIM – training 2 in Trebinje (29.04 – 02.05.)
 Second Module of the program Youth Develops Youth and Community (MRZIM), organized by OIA in partnership with the British Foundation Allavida. The theme of this module was 'How to make a project successful'. The participants (36 of them) had an opportunity to hear very useful information and advising related to project planning, management, teamwork, staff engagement, publishing activities and financial reporting. Eighteen projects are currently in the phase of implementation, activities planned for the coming period include two more modules with themes: 'Building a strong and efficient organization' and 'Making a coalition for community development', and final activities in the projects.
