Certificates for the 2nd generation of SOP attendants (28 June)
 Sarajevo, 28 June (7 P.M.) – certificate presentation ceremony for the 2 nd generation of SOP (School of Youth Policy) attendants. School Coordinator Jan Zlatan Kulenović presented results of this generation – of 105 applicants 47 attendants were admitted, 31 people completed the entire course in duration of 40 hours of sessions and upon 100 practical activities. After that, attendants presented 6 mini projects in the field of youth advocacy. Those projects aimed at lobbying for advisory board for youth in Municipality Novi Grad, increase of employment rate of youth in Canton Sarajevo, setting of an institutional framework for youth in Municipality Stari Grad, position of Youth Officer in Novo Sarajevo, as well as better cooperation of youth and authorities regarding environmental issues. The sixth project, marked as the best, lobbied for support of student councils in high schools and for projects that would enable co-financing.
Certificates for the 2 nd generation were presented by the patrons: President of Open Society Fund BiH Board of Directors Mrs. Senka No ž ica and Sarajevo City Mayor Muhidin Hamamdžić. The best attendant of this generation with 48 hours of teaching and 30 practical activities is Ermin Numić (student at University in Sarajevo from Tomislavgrad) who will, together with other top attendants in other categories, receive prizes and attend Evaluation seminar of all Schools of Youth Policy in BiH in the beginning of August.
