MRZIM Training: Building a strong and efficient organization – Neum (16 July)
 Neum, 16-19 July 2004 – Third module of the Youth for Youth and Community Development Program (MRZIM) implemented by OIA in partnership with the British foundation Allavida. The program covers Herzegovina region and Canton Gorazde. The topic for this module was “Building a strong and efficient organization”. Topics covered in this training segment were: efficient presentation, mission statement, SWOT analysis, management and fundraising. In three days of interactive workshops, the participants went through these topics and learned how to practically implement what they learned in their organizations. 18 project which are currently being implemented in the organizations as a part of the program are now coming to an end and the participants are learning about successful project reporting. The last segment of the program is scheduled for September this year and the topic of the last training module is “Building a coalition for community development”.
